These terms cover the Nizam beta app, this website and Circle Souq. By using them you agree to these terms.
The beta
- The Nizam beta is free. It is pre-release software: features may change, and some may not work perfectly yet.
- The beta runs on iPhone through Apple's TestFlight, under Apple's TestFlight terms.
- Your app data is stored only on your phone, with a safe copy on the same phone. There is no Nizam cloud backup, so deleting the app deletes your data; your iPhone's own backup includes it.
Planning tools, not financial advice
- Pots are a savings plan inside the app. Nizam does not hold, move or invest your money, and nothing in Nizam is financial advice.
- Suggested gift ranges are a guide based on what you record. You decide what to give.
- Hijri dates are expected dates. Official dates follow the UAE moon-sighting committee.
Circle Souq
- Sellers on Circle Souq are independent businesses. Orders, payment, delivery, returns and any disputes are between you and the seller, usually on WhatsApp. Nizam is not a party to the sale.
- Some sellers shown during the beta are samples with invented names. They are marked as samples.
- Sellers must give accurate information, hold any licence their activity requires, and follow UAE law, including UAE Media Council rules for any advertising.
- We may remove a listing that breaks these terms or the law.
Using Nizam fairly
Don't misuse the app or website, try to break their security, or use them to harm anyone. Don't submit someone else's details without their permission.
Our content
The Nizam name, design and content belong to Nizam. You may share links and screenshots for personal use.
Liability
We work hard to make Nizam reliable, but the beta is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Nizam is not liable for indirect losses or for purchases made from sellers.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
